My vehicle was at your shop for almost a month, apparently it was very difficult to determine the problem. My bill was about $9000.00 which was a little difficult for me to believe that a car of that quality and only 88000 miles would require such a major issue. I have other vehicles that have a 100...,000miles plus some over 200,000 miles and never had such a major problem. My wife and I love this vehicle for its comfort and its driving as well as its appearance. Bobby helped me as much as he could with the cost. J D Owen Show more

Buying was great experience. Service advisors are nice. Biggest challenge is getting a loaner car so some needed work can be done.

I purchased a new 2017 Jaguar F-Type R from Barrett Jaguar in San Antonio Texas about 2 months ago. The sales associate, Jeff and the finance director, Carlos could NOT have been better. My wife purchased a beautiful Jaguar XJL from them a few years ago and since then we?ve visited with Jeff and Ca...rlos every few months just to say hello and talk. So, when it was my time to purchase a new car I felt right at home and the buying process went great and was stress free! Regarding the car, it?s amazing. It has stunning looks, tremendous power, very responsive handling and a well thought-out sporty interior. On the down side, the vehicle has a lot of rattles when I drive it! Coming from such a high end a luxury automobile manufacturer (Jaguar), and one of their higher-end vehicles (F-Type R), I would expect my new vehicle to have less rattle and vibration sounds when driving. Bottom line, I look forward to driving my F-Type every day and would recommend the car to anyone that asked. Show more

Wrong brochure (2018) given to us. We were expecting the "Autonomous Braking System" to be part of the Vision Pkg.; and it was not. Disappointed! Step rails installed backwards (British Instructions) Splash Guards fit "sloppy," waiting for replacements (two weeks)

I brought my 1998 Jaguar XJ8 here to get its first oil Change, from its new owner. I had always wanted an old jag since it came out. I brought it here not knowing the whole system but being optimistic, I did make an appointment and came in on a pretty dead Saturday. They took me in and even provided... me with a loaner vehicle whilst mine was being worked on. When I finally got it back I noticed that some concerns I had told the service advisor about, such as the mirror and antenna mast had not yet been addressed. I also noticed that for paying $200 to have the oil they do not use FULL SYNTHETIC oil which I get for my Porsche. I did get the issues resolved elsewhere for better prices. Overall the dealership is immaculate and very comfortable I enjoyed he experience but hope that Jaguar can, in the future, NOTE ALL THE CONCERNS a customer has, after all that is lost revenue in the end. Not too terribly impressed overall with the prices; however, these are import luxury sports cars we are dealing with. The customer service, telephonic and in person is completely professional almost to the point where making a joke is considered bad taste, but it makes you feel that much better by k...nowing that you are being taken care of by good people. I own a Maserati QP and would not take it to any other mechanic other than Maserati of San Antonio. Strong work crew. Show more
